Welcome to Swiger & Company, Realtors, currently representing listings of residential homes and condominiums as well as commercial properties and businesses in the area’s most attractive locations.  David and Angie Swiger,  owners of Swiger & Company, Realtors have sold well over $20 million dollars in real state on the coast in the last 3 years. Prior to that time, they spent 13 years building a chain of clothing stores in Birmingham, Alabama and moved to the coast to pursue their dreams of owning a restaurant on the beach. Only a year and a half after their restaurant's grand opening, Ivan took its toll.  The resilience of the Swigers was tested and they made the decision to follow another passion, real estate.  It proved to be a good decision as the Swigers took the real estate industry by storm and built one of the most successful real estate businesses on the island in three short years. Once again, they couldn't keep their entrepreneurial spirit locked away, hence the birth of Swiger & Company, Realtors.
